All of our optometrists work closely with our Ophthalmology department, and can easily refer patients who may require surgical treatment or other specialized medical care for cataracts, macular degeneration and other diseases of the eye. Reliant Medical Group ophthalmologists are highly experienced eye surgeons dedicated to utilizing the most advanced technology available, including Ocular Computerized Tomography (OCT), YAG lasers and other tools.

The American Optometric Association recommends a yearly eye exam, not only to detect vision problems but also to safeguard eye health. Some dangerous eye diseases, such as glaucoma, can only be detected early through regular eye exams. An eye exam should be considered an essential part of your yearly health check-up.
