At Reliant Medical Group, we believe in innovative care. That’s why we’ve placed our Behavioral Health care providers inside our primary care offices. By working in teams, we can be responsive and focused when it comes to meeting your and your child’s needs. Our Behavioral Health providers provide care for a wide range of problems including:

  • Stress/anxiety
  • Depression
  • Insomnia
  • Panic attacks
  • Overeating/obesity
  • Phobias
  • Coping with chronic pain and other medical conditions
  • Headaches
  • Grief
  • Addiction/Recovery Treatment
  • Tics/Tremors
  • Diabetes management
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Additionally, we have integrated substance use providers to bridge the care gap for adults struggling to find psychotherapy and/or medicated assisted treatment within the community.

For many health problems, we see better results when we take care of both medical and mental causes at the same time. Our psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed mental health providers, licensed substance use providers, peer recovery specialists, and licensed social workers work closely with our primary care providers. Your team’s goal is to make sure that you get the most appropriate and effective care. No matter what your problem may be, our aim is to get you feeling better. We want you to have a productive and enjoyable life. Learn more about our integrated care model here.

To support our patients with mental health needs who may be struggling to find care and treatment, we have a series of recorded webinars conducted by our licensed behavioral health providers to help in the management of stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Please note: You must have a referral from a Reliant Medical Group primary care provider to see our Behavioral Health providers. If you are in need of substance use services you can be referred by both primary care and the behavioral health department. For more information, please call the Behavioral Health office at (508) 856-0732.
